Finished! The King of the Mountain is finished that is. I particularly enjoy the touch of kink in this work.
It is interesting to realize some of the R. Crumb illustrations I am working on are over 40 years old! When these comic books were first issued the work was very controversial. The content was startling. Now, people are exposed to some major slutty images every day. This work celebrates a more innocent time in American (and art) history.
